Can Beautifly PT Donk?

I was reading over my cards and glanced over beautifly. And i saw its second attack which for one grass energy, can do 30 damage, and if the defending pokemon has any resistance, the base power is now 60. That is actually pretty good. Alot of pokemon have resistance, so imo this is pretty much like kingdra. Its late game power however, is somewhat lacking. Sure it can be extremely annoying if it has 4 or more energies on it, but thats just it. It will rarely live to see the day when it has 4 energies on it. But i believe the parasect in POTF if im not mistaken can for one nrg, search your deck for 2 grass energy and attach them. So, maybe beautifly will be better when POTF comes out, but for now, its donking capabilities are what is at hand. In the words of I like burdn of day, Discuss.

...Not a whole lot runs resistance. Kingdra? Machamp? Palkia G? Those decks have been huge ever since they were available....
...Though yeah, it does do fast damage to Gengar, Dialga G (and with ascension on the Silcoon its not awful against Dialga lock :/), and maybe something else. ...Though it just two hit KOs those main attackers, doesn't have spread like Kingdra... ..But has a good weakness (since no one's gutsy enough to play Electric stuff 'side Pachirisu who can only deal base 10 damage + 30 weakness to take 60 back) :/

I had my sister build a list for league the other day, and with Sceptile GE it gets the Colorful Powder attack off fairly often. It's rather nice having a lot of people who stopped playing Unown G when Platinum came out... XD I don't really want to know how badly the deck would do against Regigigias (they play Unown G all the time, you won't get resistance.... But no one plays that deck anyway so meh) or kingdra (bit more problematic as they usually outspeed you, two hit KO you, and you'll need the 2 energy card + Sceptile GE to get a two hit KO on Kingdras though if they mess up their sleep flips it gets interesting)

And for a final note, cards like Celebi MT, Exeggutor MT, and Parasect PotF are... BAD for this kind of deck IMO. This isn't Magmortar or Tyranitar; you have bodies open for abuse instead of needing to flood deck space with energy cards. Its not that hard to fit in Broken Time Space (should have it anyway), Rare Candy (should have it anyway), 3-2-2-1 Sceptile line (2 GE and 1 SF 'cause moving energies around is awesome :X), 2-2 Claydol (should have it anyway) and some pokeradar/dusk balls to quickly find your pokemon :/
