if i attach unown [e]

to one of my pokemon(which saysonce during your turn (before you attack), if unown e is on your bench you may discard all cards attaached to unown e and attach unown e to one of your pokemon as a pokemon tool card. as long as unown e is attached to that pokemon that pokemon gets +10 HP.) and next turn my opponent uses gardevoir's psychic lock (which says during your opponents next turn, your opponent cant use any poke-powers on his or her pokemon) what happens to my unown... it stays cause i already used the power last turn right?
