1. I live in the US, and will ship anywhere. But if you live outside the US, you have to pay for shipping costs.
2. I go by the ref procedure, exceptions possible. I follow the home-site ref rule. Meaning I don't care how many refs you have on eBay or Pokebeach or anywhere else, if you have less refs than me on this site, you send first.

They are real cards, but come from a copy of a World Championship Deck. They are not cards that are allowed in Organized Play. They are for your enjoyment, or for looking into the ideas and strategic thoughts of people who finished in the top 4 of the World Championship.

Well, consider your cards sent! REMINDER!! Banette EX is from the championships deck that they put out. On the back of it, it is yellow and says "Pokemon world championships 2007" and has a signature on the picture of the pokemon. I think I forgot to asterisk it, so......that's what it is.
