Online registration at U.S. Nats?

Will it be possible to preregister online for the 2009 Pokémon TCG National Championships in St. Louis? Or is the earliest it is possible to register on the 26th of June from 4:00 to 8:00 PM?

The reason I ask is that I live a fair distance away, and would prefer to guarantee a spot for myself before driving down to St. Louis. Do you think it's a sure thing that I would get in if I was there on the 26th and preregistered that evening?
