Laetitia is a girls name right?
If I know someone who goes to a national championship I should maybe ask him for his name next time >_>

Laetitia did. Jeroen had the best deck, but Laetitia had the best possible deck against him. It was in top 8. Before the top he went 6-0

My report: (sorry for posting it this late.
)My deck, a G-deck : Weavile G/Toxicroak G + some logical tech Every round: best out of three Round 1: Davy vd P. (T-tar) Both games I went searching for my Dialga G lv X to lock his body which made his T-tar slower. I was lucky it wasn’t in my prices both times. I won easily. 1-0 Round 2: Tom C. (UMA) OMG! This was the best UMA I’ve ever played against! This UMA rocks! First game I had to scoop, I had no chance. His deck was to fast. :O 2nd Game: We both had to think, because it wasn’t easy at all… I won. 3rd Game: I had a great start: locked every power with power spray + Weavile took very fast price cards. But he had a come back… (I hate UMA + lv max.) He had to flip heads for the win… And… He flips tails!! :D Wohooow!! 2-0 Round 3: Peter d M. (Magmotar/ Heathran lv X) I also have played Magmotar/Hethran lv X so I knew what to do. My deck was faster (thank you Weavile), so I won. 3-0 Round 4: Laetitia D. (Gengar + sp-techs) I only remember it was a very difficult match because of her sp-tech. Aah… I remember as well I won on Time. 4-0 Round 5: Gert V (Dialga G/Toxicroak) This is a good matchup: kind of a mirror match, but because he played more Dialga than I did (1-1), it made my deck a lot faster. I played Houndoom as well so Dialga lv X was very fast KO. (Both games.) For the special metal energy cards attatched to Dailga lv X I used crobat (+ turns). I had the luck of having Houndoom in every game, but it still were hard matches. Gert is a very good player. (Previous year he became 2nd at our nats in the seniors. And this year 3rd at masters!) I won on Time. 5-0 Round 6: Jeroen R. (Dialga G / Palkia G) - (We both went 5-0). Hard match up. Especially because I play a lot on my Weavile G. (I was afraid of the power of Palkia G.) First match: He had a lot of bad luck I guess, because his deck went very slowly. I had bad luck as well, but it was a fun game because we both knew we would be in top. We both had no luck. Finaly: I lost on time which is not a shame when you play against such a great player as Jeroen. ![]() 5-1 Top: I played 5-1, I went 3rd in top. Top8: Jan S. (Kingdra/ Palkia G) 1st game: I had to scoop: I had nothing and he had everything… -_- We both are slow players (we think a lot) – so it was the best choice to scoop. 2nd game: I won very fast: good start. 3rd game: Cyrus for the power spray, power spray to lock Cosmic Power. Weavile to hit the defending Pokémon and Hunchkrow + crobat to snipe every Horsea on the bench or to finish a Palkia G lv X. I won. Whooh… That was hard. Top4: Gert V. (The same as in the 5th round.) 1st game: I had a very quick start. He hadn’t. He tried to come back, but it didn’t work. He lost a lot of time the first game. 2nd game: He decided I had to start. I had to finish my turn fast, because I couldn’t play any trainer cards. I was thinking that he coulnd’t kill my (only Pokémon) Crobat with 80 HP. BUT I WAS WRONG! He had: Hunchkrow + basic darkness + 1 Uxie (I couldn’t lock with power spray -> I had only one sp pokémon)… But what happened then?! 3 Pokéturns + 2 crobat + energy gain xD NOOOOOOOOOOOOO 3rd game: My deck is faster so I took faster price cards. Because of the first game took that long I won on time (again). FINAL: Laetitia D. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! She is a REALY GOOD PLAYER!! The only good thing was that she played Gengar and that is a good match up against my deck. I’ve never lost against a Gengar with my deck. (The secret: play your trainers when you can )1st Game: She had very very very bad luck. It wasn’t fun to win like that. 2nd Game: Good game. But I kill het Gengars with Crobat or with the poison of Skuntank… As I said: Laetitia is a great player so the prices went 1-1. But with Looker’s she didn’t shuffle my hand… And I took the last price card with my warp point. ![]() I won!! :D But that day I was very lucky because I wore my lucky socks!! ![]() ![]() + I won! + Judges: Kristel H., Hervé M., Timmy C., Ria T., Geert v H., Martin vd V. + Great organisation + Location (wasn’t that far as last year) + My lucky socks ^^ -I had to go on the bus with my trophee xD |
