Houndoom Lock. The new funny rogue deck.

The list:

Pokemon ~25~

4-4 Houndoom UD (Non prime)
2-2 Weavile UD
2-2 Persian HGSS
4 Sableye SF
2 Dialga PL (The One that has the pokebody that says your opponent can't evolve there pokemon)
2-1 Uxie LV.x

T/S/S ~26~

4 Cyrus's Initiative
3 Pokemon Collector
2 Bebe's Search
2 Pokemon Communication
1 Palmer's Contribution
3 Broken Time-Space
4 Memory Berry
2 Pokemon Rescue
4 Team Rocket's Trickery
1 Judge

Energy ~11~

4 Special Dark
5 Dark
2 Metal

The Strategy:

With This Deck you want to start with either Dialga PL Or Sableye. Dialga PL is to slow down your opponents setup Untill you can set up Either a Weavile, Persian Or Houndoom And start attacking and then you let your Dialga get knocked out. .

All feedback is appreciated. Thanks!!!

^ You could do Warp Point or Warp Energy (preferably WP) to switch out Dialga, so it isn't up to your opponent to KO it. For all you know, they could just snipe your bench with, say, Garchomp C X whle Dialga's up there doing nothing.

Seems pretty tricky to fight, but not nearly the funniest I've seen. The funniest I've seen was 4 Tyrogue hs and 56 random and useless trainers.
The guy won a BR with it.
Unfortunatly with gengar so popular, it has it's downfalls

Seeker is definitely needed if your going to play Weavile. Maybe some Super Scoop Ups?

Why would he play it against an SP Deck?

But besides that, it only prevents the active from evolving, so I don't see it being superuseful.
