I'm having difficulty finding a good flight that would give me ample time to get to the the preregistration on Thursday, how important is it to make this? Can I just get a later flight and register on Friday or will I be in trouble trying to get in then?
Thanks. |

Generally not. You won't get certain promo items (Tshirt) for registering on Friday, but as long as you're there for the Friday registration time, you should be fine.

I agree with him. From nationals past i can say this.
Pre reg isent that imprtant if you dont care much for the free stuff as much as playing. If you miss prereg the worst that will happen is you will miss a free t-shirt and possible promo but you will still get in. Me i like to prereg so i k now i wont miss my spot but some get in late friday or miss it due to they need to settle in. I know on saturday if your late to reguister you could get a 1st round bye so get there MADDDD EARLLLYY so you get on line. |

From past experiences pre-reg is better than regular reg just because you have the security of knowing you're in the event. Even without the free stuff, you don't have to worry about doing it Friday morning. |

Last year, they had an LCQ on Friday, which was essentially the final Regional Championship. It was followed by the Swiss rounds of US Nationals on Saturday, and then the Top Cut rounds on Sunday.

Its nice to get there on thursday so you can say hi to people, scout out the convention center, visit the stores, and get a free tshirt, but if you can't make it, there is no big deal.
Just get there earlier on Friday morning and you will be fine. |
