Yes, this is possible. Bubble envelopes are treated as parcels and require a minimum of $1.64 in postage. A single Forever stamp will not cover the charges. The parcel would either return to you for insufficient postage, or deliver to the recipient who would pay the difference.

This is very true. If I ship something in a stamp it will usually cost me one stamp, but if I have to put it in a bubblemailer, the price shoots up and it's usually $1.95 or so (with no delivery confirmation).

The same applies to out of the country shipping.

I personally know what a hassle it is to have to travel to the post office and pay extra for items sent to me. It has happened twice. I live on a rural rte. and I never leave items in my mailbox. It is a good habit to ALWAYS bring items to the Post Office and mail them. This way, even for a regular envelope, you can request a pvi sticker instead of a stamp. That way you have a receipt with a zip code to prove at least that you sent SOMETHING. And you avoid any issues with weight. If they(po employee) tell you that isn't how they normally do it, request one anyway.

I made a trade with For Some Reason, and I shipped out a little late, so he thought I wasn't going to ship out and traded away the card we confirmed. He did say he was trying to get one, but I want your opinion on what I should do.

Something of equal value, wait for him to get those cards back from where, or ask for your cards back.

My memory kinda fades me, but I believe a week and a half maybe a little less. He never pm'd me or anything, but I did feel bad for making him wait, so long. My dad put 10 dollars in the box to cover it.

Although I doubt you'd get any help if he disabled email communications as well. Shady is as shady does. Avoid making your first trades with those in the single digits, especially trades of high value.

Any information on trades with the user Zekrom_24?

I didn't realize he had a neutral ref when I traded with him, but I sent a Mewtwo EX almost a month ago and says he hasn't received.. He replies to my PM's but claims it may have been lost in the mail.. I've been trading for some time and it hasn't happened to me before, even with customers on eBay.. I'll give him the B.O.D, but I'm not sure what step I should take next..

When starting out, I'd trade with people with TONS of refs, like pokemonforver, over someone with 20...
Someone with 100 is more trustworthy than someone with 10 imo.
