Pokemon White/3DS Wireless registration question

I recently purchased a 3DS. I have spent time just checking out the thing, blah blah blah.... and I was using my DSL to play my Pokemon White on.

I know the DSL and the cartridge sync for using wireless connectivity to go wi-fi for many things, like event downloads and the sort.

I Finally decided to start using the 3DS to play my White on, and also to go download Darkria.

I know that I need to re-sync the cartridge to the new 3DS- so I was ready to do that and the message is different then from the DSL. (The Game Cartridge and the Game system "share" the identity to be recognized togather as one unite for wi-fi connection.)

I will lose some data, like the Pal Pad and friend codes, plus one other bit of info (I do not remember) which is OK with me.

I have not picked up the event Mewtwo yet. Will I lose the Mewtwo as well with re-syncing my cartridge to the 3DS?



Found the answer-

Event Pokem Downloads do not erase with the data that is lost in the re-registering of the cartridge to a new game system. I decided to risk it since I have access to another event Mewtwo.
I did not lose the Mewtwo download wondercard when I sync'd the cartridge to the 3DS.
