Japanese 'Orange Islands' Vending Machine Cards

I purchased these back in 1999, and I am having trouble finding anything at all about them on the internet.

I have 36 of them, so it isn't the complete set. They are Carddass and dated 1999. Mint condition.

I was able to find 2 of them on ebay selling for around $25 each, but other than those 2 I can't find any others.

Can anyone help me out with what the value of them would be? Or guide me in the right direction or where to look?

I'm going to try to attach a link to one that I have a photo of on photobucket. If the link doesn't work, my user name on there is 'SewSpooky'

Ebayed "pokemon bandai 99". Looks like a buck each.
