Swarm of Morphing Moths: Ditto/ Volcarona/ Dustox

I have yet another idea for our future format. It consists of Ditto, Volcarona, and Dustox. DVD for short

Basic Pokemon

Ability: Transform
During your turn, you may play a Basic Pokemon from your hand onto this Pokemon. This Pokemon is treated as that Basic Pokemon. (Any cards, damage counters, conditions, and effects on this Pokemon are transferred to the Basic Pokemon.)

Computer Search - Trainer
Item

Discard two cards. Search your deck for any one card and put it into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterwards.

ACE SPEC: You can’t have more than 1 ACE SPEC card in your deck.

You can use any number of Item cards during your turn.

Search your deck for a Trainer card, reveal it, and put it into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward.

You may play only 1 Supporter card during your turn (before your attack).

Virbank City Gym - Trainer
Stadium

If a Pokemon is Poisoned, place two more damage counters on it between turns.

This card stays in play when you play it. Discard this card if another Stadium card comes into play. If another card with the same name is in play, you can't play this card.

STRATEGY: Preferably start with only Ditto's. Ditto is a good hard-to-predict starting Pokemon (or so it seems) and holds down the fort while you search for your Mons and such. Wait a turn before you Transform. That way your opponent won't know which Ditto to attack (because in all likelihood your opponent will be hitting hard and/or disrupting you T1 if you have your real Pokemon out). This next part is a bit iffy in terms of being legal but from what I read in the forums it seems legal. Transform Active Ditto to Wurmple and Benched Ditto into Larvesta. Then evolve to Dustox (via Rare Candy) and Volcarona, respectively. Set Virbank City Gym and attach Rocky Helmet if possible.
The idea is to use Dustox's Dangerous Scale attack to have the opponent's Pokemon become Asleep, Burned and Poisoned. See it now? You use Volcarona and Virbank City Gym to rack up Status damage after Dustox induces such Status, namely Burn and Poison. DCE is for either of the moths' second attacks which do decent to add to the Status damage.

Burn damage (if heads) = 40
Poison (w/ Virbank Gym) = 30
= 70
Added damage b/w turns from any Status = varying number.
Also any damage from attacks...

If my math is right (only about half the time mind you), this will add up to anywhere between 30 to 70 damage between turns. There are a lot of variables but my optimism remains that this could make a great rogue deck.

You should be running 4 of the Blend energy that Provides Fire/Psychic, because why not/. Also, you can run the Jellicent comign out in this set to keep everythign but Darkrai stuck in your status condition war zone. Overall, a very fun rogue deck, but it wont be that competitve because Darkrai will shrug this off.

Let's see... How does this look:

- 4 Rocky Helmet
- 2 Fire Energy
+ 4 Blend GRPD
+ 1-1 Jellicent

Or how would modify it?

I kinda like Rocky Helmet in here, although i fear Tool Scrapper making it useless. I would take out the 2 energy search (dont see what they do) for either 2 Rocky Helmet, another 1-1 Jelli, +1 Skyla/Bianca or maybe a Mew ex and one of those.
