Help with a fire/water deck vs psychic/ electric

Okay heres the situation: I'm facing a lightning and psychic deck that has alotta threats such as:

-Slowbro capable of moving damage onto himself w/out KOing him
-ZEKROM OF COURSE WITH 120 DAMAGE ATTACK!!!
-Mismagius which is annoying especially when its Misdreavous and has deep sleep
-Raichu with SLAM capable of up to 160 damage cuz its 80x the amount of heads
-POKECENTER trainer card, so slowbro can heal 20 while hes taking damage from Zekrom, Raichu, or Mismagius!

So as u can tell, this and deck is compact and can do ALOT of damage. I have a deck. Heres a good idea of my deck:

-Arcanines capable of 70 damage, can use heavy ball to locate them, four growlithes so they're a great offensive move.

-Two Victinis capable of doing 100 when i gotta full bench... if i really want to track em down and dish 100 once or twice, i can, but usually i c if the stars aline with them and bring out my growlithes and squirtles.

-I have 4 squirtles, 3 wartortles, and 2 blastoise that can do 60 damage to two benched pokemon. Hes GREAT, but not for a deck.

-I got 2 cubchoos and 1 beartic which i can use cuz their weakness is . Hes great and i can use heavy balls to find them easily.

So anyway, if u have any advice, tell me please! I cud also ad Magmortar evolutions but tell me what you think!!!
