Defensive effects reside on... Regionals!

The latest rulings all concern defensive effects on your Pokemon, one way or another. Here they are in time for regionals:

Ice Barrier - send Latios ex ∂ to the bench to remove the effect?
Psychic Protector - Fastwave, etc., stops the damage reduction reduction, but what about the discard?
Delta Reduction - the effect resides on the Pokemon that was attacked! Where does that leave 'Feint Attack' and similar attacks?
Sidney's Stadium - can it help your poisoned Sableye?
