Anyone know anything about what's going on with this guy? He hasn't logged in on here in 9 days, and I've yet to receive the card in the trade I agreed to.

Is there a precedent of anyone filing a small claims civil and/or criminal lawsuit on the Pokegym over scammers in the past? I talked to my family's attorney, and he said both are doable. In the end it's like a $30 card, not the biggest loss for me. But it would be nice to set a precedent that this type of behavior is not acceptable in the Pokemon community and in life in general. Should teach this kid (or man, but I hope not, as that would make this behavior a lot more despicable coming from an adult) a good life lesson about what is right and wrong.
