"Advertising" Fall Locations/Dates: How soon?

By "advertising" I don't mean commercials, or anything of that sort. I mean how soon does the information for these large events become available to the public?

Probably not until after Worlds. And I'd think we won't hear anything about them until around the time BRs are halfway done.

I will confirm that since I posted it on our Pokemon Facebook page. Just hadn't posted here yet since I don't have all the details yet. Already know the number 1 question I will get asked for VCGand that's which Video Game is to be used since B&W 2 come out the week before. I can honestly say I have no clue yet. Asked the question, still no answer.

Ahh, OK. Saw no harm in sharing the dates.....

This means Fall Regionals are about a month earlier than last year. Are Fall BRs going to start earlier as well, or are Fall BRs being cut short? Also, any information how this will affect the Cities dates (i.e., are they being pushed earlier, or is there simply going to be a bigger gap between Regionals and Cities this year)?

I know nothing for real, clearly, but I spent a few hours mapping it out, and came up with-

BR's-Sept 1st (Confirmed)-30th
Off week (Traditional)
Regionals
Off Week (New?)
PR's
Off week (Traditional)
Citys-Thanksgiving-2nd weekend in January (Traditional)
Everything else staying the same.

That's how it all added up to me. Feel free to point out flaws. All speculation; Pokemon could throw a wrench in at any point.
