No they aren't. They show up as white blanks with question marks. If you double click them you can see most of them, but I wouldn't bother making a deck until they have the kinks worked out.

As bebessearch gets their scans, playtcg will update. After the first or second weekend or so of prereleases, I'd expect it to be running right.

Hm. Yeah, it's not as convenient as you would hope, but it's a step forward, and certainly better than having to proxy cards imo. And like honchvire said, shouldn't be long before it's all fixed.
