New England Regionals April 13 & 14 at Gillette Stadium

Hello everyone! New England Regionals will be held at Gillette Stadium. We are excited about this AWESOME venue. We are in the process of setting up hotel room blocks. As more details become available we will be posting them here. Friday Pre Registration will be available. Parking at the stadium is FREE. Patriot Place has lots of great restaurants, shops, and a hotel. Visit Bass Pro Shops or take in a movie. There is lots to do.

Theres a plus for being beck in NY for a year this November. A few months ago when NE pokemon on Facebook broke the news i ran out screaming to my buddies saying the news and they were like WHOAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!! After the shock were were all like All Hail Tom Shea!!!!

Now i think and made a plan for me and a buddy that were gonna wear giants and jets gear for regionals just to feel good and to piss off ALOTTTT of patriots fans. I will love being in the hall of greatness where memories happened and play where the patriots made their titles.

I cant wait till April 2013 for the BIGGEST EVENT OF THE SPRING!!!

Is there a specific time for registration for VGC on Sunday? Normally most Regionals have Masters registration 1-2 hours after Juniors/Seniors, wondering if it will be the same here. Thanks.

Hello Everyone, we have been working on a web based module to do online pre registration on the TJ Website. This module isn't quite ready yet. We will be taking pre registration via email from everyone. The information on Gillette Stadium is in the tournament listing below on the tj web site.

The email to send the information to is Tom@tjcollect.

You will then recieve an email from us in a day or two that email will confirm that we have recieved your information. It is very important that you follow the procedures listed below to ensure that we are able to run the quality event you expect us to. This pre registration article will be updated later today with more tournament information so please check back.



Online Pre Registration will be open from now until Wednesday April 10th.

Online Pre Registration procedures for Trading Card Game:

Send this information to: tom@tjcollect.com

POP ID, First name, Last Name, Date of Birth, and CONTACT PHONE NUMBER FOR VERIFICATION,

You will then receive an email from us with two attachments:

a) A deck list to be filled out

b) A waiver to be filled out so we can cover you via our live streaming,

On Saturday Gillette Stadium will open to public at 8:00 am

Optional deck checks are available, including sleeve checks

You should ask the head judge any questions on rulings that you may have

At the player meeting around 10:00 am:

You will check player roster to ensure that you are properly entered into the event,

At that time we will collect the Deck lists, and Waivers



All top cuts will take place on:

Sunday starting at 9:00 AM

All top cut competitors will receive a top cut competitor badge and New England Regional Play mat

There will be live streaming event coverage for the Trading Card Game

, players not filling out the waiver won't have their matches covered, and/or be interviewed, they may still play in the event

Round 1 Starts 10:30 AM



Lunch Break after Round 2,



Round 3 starts 60 Minutes after Round 3 ends



Day one ends approximately at 7:00 PM

Length of Tournament is based on total competitors we should be done by 5:30 PM

We will be hosting live coverage of this event. In order for us to cover players they need to fill out a waiver, children under the age of 18 need to have a guardian fill out the waiver. The waiver is available via email from Tom@tjcollect.com, We want the coverage to be a bonus for the event not a negative. We are not forcing anyone to be covered.



All players making top cut at New England Regional's will be receiving a Top Cut Competitor badge which we do hope players will wear out while enjoying the area Saturday Night. Players wearing their New England Regional's badges at future TJ Collectible events and/or store will receive benefits and discounts.

We are still drafting the response email since we will need a waiver for the streaming coverage. Responses will be sent out by the end of today!

Don't be. The guidelines are so strict that I would much rather play at another venue. It's the first event I've ever heard of that bans non-nintendo games from the venue. No Football in Gillette this weekend guys. Only pokemon

First class all the way Tom, this event is going to be the premier spring regionals in the country and is going to feel more like nationals. A big thank you to TJ collectibles and all of the staff, that always make their events the best.
