raikou ex question

If I have 2 blend energy and a Psy on raikou ex and I use volt bolt, do I discard the 2 blend?
What about with prism? We are arguing at battle roads about this and everyone is up in arms
We think that because it says you discard 2

energy, you can't discard a prism because its a special, not a basic

Please help us out

Or just to discard "all

Energy"?

If it had included the word "basic", you would be correct.
But it doesn't.
You have to discard the Prism energy.
