3 Upper Energy (Help for the surprise Inferno Hit from Arcy!)
10 Fire

Strategy:

Setup whichever Pokemon you get first. Ideally Growlithe is your desired start, but Ape can be just fine! Starting attaching nrg and heavy damage occurs! Ape 4 can spread the love bringing many thing within KO range of Arcanine… and also, Arcy SW gives that quick 120! This is fine due to 120 can set many decks Back! So just mainly str8 forward Damage!! Feel the Burn!

I like the selection you have here but awhile ago I've used SW aracanine : Back then that card had one fatal flaw, only good for finishing games but mid game and early game the recoil (40 damage to self ) is a recipe for falure (btw aracanine is one of my many favs this aracanine would be better in a ala kazaam4 /turwig deck aka damage swap deck

Wheres team rockets time machine when you need it lol. I would take out like 2 or 3 poke turn for another volkeners and an oaks visit. Also take out a cyrus for another oaks visit. Gaslty lokc and dialga lock kills this deck though.

I think cyclone energy is a better option than the upper energy....
Arcanine is ment to be played fast, and if everything goe to plan, you won`t have more prize cards left than your opponent at any given point...with the cyclone you can help keep RK9 keep his momentum and take surprise Prizes...

I`d drop 1 Rk9 SW for a RR one, it`s just better...
Also, where`s Roseanne`s? and maybe 1 or 2 bebe?
...Energy restore or pickup is nice in here aswell, to keep constant attacking...NM won`t work unless you play Roseanne`s...
To make room for these I`d thin out the SP trainer lines and take out the quik ball...and maybe great ball aswell...

-1 Arcanine SW +1 Arcanine RR -2 Cyrus's conspiracy -4 great ball -1 energy gain -2 poketurn -3 switch -1 night maintanence +4 ROSEANNES RESEARCH +3 BEBES SEARCH +3 warp point +3 energy Pickup

-3 upper energy ARCANINE is supposed to be a really fast deck so like Super Wooper Trooper said, you should NEVER be down on prizes +3 cyclone energy

NOW it should be much more consistent
