Sand Reset clarification pt. 2

If you don't shuffle Pokemon, Supporters, Discard Piles, Hands, or Prize Cards into your deck, what do you shuffle? All energies and trainers attached that have been attached?

Energy cards, Tools, Technical Machines... things like that. Yes, energy and trainers.
Oh, and Stadiums as well.
