Need help to improve this deck.

Pidgeotto - RG x1
Pidgey - RG x1
Meganium - Neo Genesis x1
Bayleef - UF x1
Chikorita - DP x1

Trainer:

Bebe's Search x2
Blaine's Quiz #1 x1
Pokenav x2
Master Ball x2
Celio's Search x2

Energy:

17 Grass Energy
5 Psychic Energy

Basically, the main attacking forces are the dustox and the eevelutions.
Tropius to heal and annoy the opponent.
Meganium and Pidgeot to support.

I normally play with my bunch of friends, and we play unlimited.

Please help to comment and suggest improvements, thanks in advance!

Um. You have to many Pokemon, and too little Trainers. The whole thing about deck building is finding the perfect balance of Trainers, Pokemon, and Energy.
