Palkia G for my first ever pokeleague. HELP ME?

So I just got back into Pokemon about a 6 months ago after a 8 year hiatus, and I am going to my first ever poke league Saturday. I've been testing a few decks and I think my Palkia G is the play. Not the strongest, but the funnest/smoothest deck i run. I know its not perfect and there are obvious weaknesses I need to address, however I seem to be stuck. I don't know what to take out anymore. Please help me with this. Let me know what you think. Be critical.

4-Mesprit - idk what this card does,but everyone plays it
2-2 Manectric PL - not only are your powers locked, but you will be damaged for having them. (Laughs maniacally)
1-1 Alakazam X - damage control when needed
1 Azelf LA
2 Unown G
1 Toxicroak G Promo - Luxray.

Energy - 9
5-Water - energize
2- lightning
2SP energy

T/S/S - 27
3- Rosey - self explanatory

Strategy:
I know "spread is dead" or whatever, but I love it. Start w/ Palkia and start Pearl Breathing. All the while dropping Mesprit/powersprays to slow down the opponent.SSu to reuse the Mesprits and keep a nice little power lock going. Use bats/Spiritomb to add more damage where needed. Hydro Shot when needed. Abuse the bejesus out of the pixies/support with lost Cyclone while keeping your opponents bench to a minimum. Dialga is in to protect against the obvious Mewtwo X scare. He also is a good attacker if needed. Occasionaly I'll whip out the Zam X to minipulate the damage. I don't always need it, but sometimes I do and it works!
Move damage onto a bat or something and Turn it or Cyclone it away. Thats the basics.

Weaknesses:
So there are the OBVIOUS ones. Like the OHKO from Luxray GL or other Electric Pokes. (but who plays those anyways) I guess i could fit in a Promo Toxi, but I dont like the "it only works if i die first" thing. There is also that little problem called Flygon X. Who in theory will just step up destroy my many X's 1 at a time. I never played against a Flygon deck, but I'm confident in my consistency/Locking ability. I imagine Flygon is slow already + without all the proper setup (uxie and/or Claydol being locked) I can outspeed it. Im not to worried about Machamp. Thats what Uxie X is for, but I should probably fit in an Unown G or 2 just to be safe. I don't know what to expect from Gengar. (never played) And I have no answer for Mewtwo X. Well just kill it before it lvls up. I think I got the big issues, let me know of anymore potential problems.

Other Techs tried-

Floatzel X - Allowed me to have constant Palkia X. I really Really like this. Nobody else seems to.
This may find its way back in the deck.

Dialga G X - I used this before I put in Floatzel and Alakazam. It worked very nice. Pros: It helped tremendously
with the No Bodies Body.(awesome forNidoqueen and those grass decks previously mentioned) I also liked the deafen starts. Plus this deck now lacks in diversity in the attacks department.
Dialga added some big damage and tanking ability.
Cons: I found myself paying more attention to Dialga, and foccusing on it more than Palkia,making the deck suffer.
Also Too Many card slots. 1-1 dialga 2Sp Metal 1-2basic metal? 7 slots is about 5 too many.

Cress X - I used this before Alakazam.
More to Place damage counter in tight spaces for bench KO's than healing me or attacking.
It worked ok, I prefer Alakazam.

Toxicroak G promo - I guess this is the obvious Luxray counter. I hate it!
There has to be something else. Help me?

Mewtwo X - I tried this too help against other Sp's. I don't like this card.
It did serve its purpose though.


1-0-1 Alakazam MT?
Tried this out to further the power stoppage. I liked it when i got it out. Plus theres no room for rare candies in this deck.
Didn't really like the discarding, I usually need my cards. There in there for a reason.

2-2 Manectric PT
I like it. I like Manectric PT in everything though. Spread/Spread Protection = A+

This is all I have tried in here. Please let me know of some other combos. Theres a pretty good chance that
I have the cards, so thats not an issue.
Would Gallade X be as good as I think it could be in here?

Matchups:
I hate Matchups.

Just because I play test against my buddies Luxape and beat it 70% of the time doesn't mean I LUXAPE 70-30.
So, matchups I have plytested this deck against LuxApe, Speedrill, Kingdra, Dusk varients, Obamatric, Machamp, Ttar, random grass decks, Dark Blissey, and Magleaf.

Luxape - winnable-ish
Speedrill - Fairly easy victory for me as long as they dont have 4 bees out
Kingdra - Was a little difficult before I added in the Alakazam
Dusknoir - I aint scared of no ghost
Obamatric - Manectric hurts/Obamasnow doesnt
Machamp - this is the absolute most confusing deck to play. Take out, Take out, Take out....ah so many options.
Ttar - Usually to slow, I win
Grass - My friend thinks that SceptileGe + Shaymin Land + Random Grass attacker = BDIF Always. This style of thinking has netted him a 2 and 136 record vs me in the last 6 months.
(Seriously. There is a tally board. 2 - 136) (MY name TanZor was made to mock him and i dont know how to change it...I guess he wins that one...3 - 136)
Dark Blissey - Blissey may be old, but she still hurts. I do lose to this blissey about 50 % of the time. but who plays Blissey anymore?
Magleaf - My first Pokedeck since I started playing again. I know there are know much better options, but Magmortar will always have a spot in my heart, well atleast in my deck box. Palkia destroys Magmortar.
Please dont coment saying "You LIAR!" My Luxape Would destroy your Palkia. Like I said, These are the decks me and my friends had at our disposal. The matchups are for these decks not yours or Pookas or random asian kid that destroys at every cities. I understand that some of these decks aren't used anymore. I also understand that some of the list may not be top tier quality, but some are. This is just to show that I have tested the deck. Its not just something I thought of threw it all together and posted "Another Legos Deck" in the Deck hlp section.

Please comment. ALL opinions will be heard, and some will be gratefully accepted.
Like I said, 6 months back into Pokemon. Going to my 1st league ever. (Covington, LA, for those of you who are fellow cajuns) Need Help! Need Suggestions! Be critical, but also be kind.

I would drop the floatzel line and add 2-1 dialga in its place. It shuts mewtwo X and Nidoqueens body off. Instead of 3 switch I would use 2 warp point and 1 switch for disruption.

I had that. And liked it.
It worked well in helping out with the decks disadvantages, but it was more difficult to keep
out a steady Palkia X, which makes the deck roll.

4 Level X's and 1 Level Max.

Take out Uxie Lv X maybe, it's not that good against Machamp, gets OHKOed also.

Only the Palkia and Floatzel Are needed. Floatzel isnt a must either. The other X's are situational.
I dont think i need more lvl max.

lucario gl is a counter luxray also helps you take dvantage of your many types in the deck.
also definatly need to lose the floatzel line hes not good. dialga would be a much better choice but you said you didnt have that. luxray gl would also be very good to put in here over floatzel or alakazam

You NEED an Azelf LA. What if Palkia Lv. X is prized? And why not? You can clear it off the bench.
You NEED 2-4 Unown G GE. I would go with 3, but its your deck, and I guess the trend of Pokegym is to go one less Unown G than is needed.
You NEED 3 Uxie LA. The likelihood of you dead-drawing midgame is pretty good, especially if one Uxie is prized.

-1 Level MAX - Why one? Why be random? Not consistent.
-1 Galactic's HQ - Again, one is not consistent, and there are more pressing needs here.
-2 Pokedex HANDY910is - A 3-1 Uxie line removes this need.
-1 Marley's Request - Bad card, more pressing needs.

In addition, you have cut down on cards that make SP great. Why? Max out on: Roseanne's, Cyrus's, and PokeTurn. If you're not playing 4, you're not giving yourself the best chance to win.
For these I suggest:
+1 Roseanne's, +1 Cyrus's, +1 PokeTurn
+1 Mesprit LA
-4 Super Scoop Up

Consistency is number one. This should improve that.

Made a few changes.
took out the Floatzel line and put in 1-1Dialga G and a promo toxicroak G.
Im not sure what to take out for Azelf MT.
Not really sure what to do w/ the energy situation.
Do I take out the call for SP/metal?

Good to see people still using Legos with Lux still so big. IMO a good Legos can hold its own against lux.

You may want to try scrapping the Dialga line for a Lux line. Lux is VERY good with Palkia.

Also you may want to consider taking out the Spritomb. It makes for a horrible starter.

I'm not feelin' the Dialga too much.
and yes Spiritomb is a horrific starter. It sucks when it gets sprayed too.

So I made some more changes.
I didn't like the Dialga G line.
I tested the deck with Luxray replacing Dialga.
I liked it, but it just wasn't for this deck.
I put in Manectric PL. Bench protection, more spread, more awesomeness.

I know this deck isn't perfect.
