Game Matrix - Lakewood Washington - Pokemon Halloween Party?

Greetings. It was recently brought to my attention that there are a few of our players here that are interested in a Pokemon Halloween party. I am interestedin doing something like this, hey, I don't have anything planned myself for that day, so I'm all for it. I need to know, if I am to do something like this:

1. What events should I sanction, besides league play, i.e. sealed draft, constructed modified, etc. I can probably do about 3 or 4 events beside league play, for, if I'm getting at everything correctly, it will be pretty much all day.

2. What day should I plan it all for, October 30th or 31st? If we do it on the 31st, the store that we're doing it for, the Game Matrix, is having their own halloween party thing, so we can make our events apart of their party, which has lots of pluses.

Please everyone who is interested, post here and tell me what you want for events, and tell me what day you think is best. Overall this sounds like a very fun thing to do, and I am all for it.

Oh yah definetly do it.I'll realy try to come.Thing is if we do it the 31st then the 10- age gruop will be like 5.Not fun it's more lame then the 7 we had at the FRLG pre.

To bad TRR pre isn't on the same day...LOL.A draft sounds good.Wasn't there that one where you trie to take the card rfom the pack in middle and see what you get?But a regular draft seems fine to me.

I think the 31st would be a good day because we all could get candy, don't forget about that seth :). And also we could wear costumes but you don't have to. I don't know what do you guys think of this?

Nice.Candy could be given out as prizes!lol!Costumes...You meen during tournament or not?It could be distraction.Sounds nice though!

And Chris Ewick has a costume party that day, so you can all participate in his events as well. I'm talking to Ewick about combining the two parties.

And I was thinking of decorating a little with Gastly, Haunter, Genger, Duskull, Dusclops, and other ghost pokemon, and any other pokemon that might fit the theme, :D .
