STRATEGY
Hopefully pull a Mewtwo off the draw, and set up Hypnoblast. Which is auto sleep and and 10 damage. I have 4 Bebe Search and that can lead to me getting Mewtwo Lv X. Which in the beginning of the game could be huge, because Mewtwo's pokebody is prevent all effects of an attack including damage if the defending pokemon is unevolved... which is pretty cool. and for one psychic and 2 colorless and does 40+ which is hard to stay up against when its constant with no downside. Say i need to use Giga Burn which does 120 but i ahve to discard all energies, this is where Delcatty comes in.
I have two different Delcatty in my deck, not by choice but they are the only ones i have . Both of which have an ability of getting your energies out of the discard pile and putting it either on your deck or on your bench.

And the Uxie/Azelf/Mesprit trio are solid through the thick of it and have solid poke powers and attacks, especiaaly UXIE.

SUGGESTIONS
Im pretty bad at realizing what trainers i need and don't need, and what pokemon compliment eachother,maybe you guys can help with that

Why would he add Rare Candy? His deck is all Basics except for Delcatty, which is only a stage 1...

BTW i added Furret in the deck to make it easier to get certain pokemon

This is how I had my Mewtwo deck set up, and with your Delcatty and Uxie/Azelf/Mesprit trio this will work even better:

Trainers/Supporters/Stadiums

1 x Premier Ball
2 x Level Max
3 x Bebe's Search
3 x Roseanne's Research
2 x Miasma Valley
2 x Warp Point (instead of switch)(this disrupts your opponent)
2 x Volkner's Philosophy
3 x Team Galactic's Mars
1 x Palmer's Contribution
1 x Night Maintenance
1 x Luxury Ball
1 x Cynthia's Feelings
2 x Amulet Coin
2 x Lucian's Assignment
2 x Moonlight Stadium (depending if you tech the Flygon or not)
1 x Rare Candy (depending if you tech the Flygon)

Then as far as Energy goes:

-4 Psychic Energy
+2 Upper Energy
+2 Call Energy

Then maybe throw a Tech in such as this:

1-0-1 Flygon RR or 1 x Bronzong G with a Flint's Willpower
