Dropping Energy

Hey all, new to the forums. new to the game. my nephews got me playing...

anyways. is there any cards that allows you to attach more energy from your hand or deck? say a trainer or supporter.

i'm building a gengar deck but i cant seem to get enough energy out to keep it moving properly.

I have plenty of supporters for drawing cards and i run a floatzel/retreat to recover burned ones.

any ideas?

Back to back posts merged. The following information has been added:

oh wait i think i found it finally

Flint's Willpower

its a supporter card, yay. goes well with floatzel sp

So are you using Gengar SF? If thats the case then you should not have much trouble with dropping energy since its attacks only cost 1 and 2 energy. If you are using Gengar DP then you could use bronzong G with Flints[attaches an extra energy but takes a lot of setup and bronzong G has high retreat cost].

You mean Gengar GL, then. Since it's an SP Pokemon, "Team Galactic's Invention G-101 Energy Gain" can be a helpful card. Attaching that to Gengar GL means it only needs 2 energy to do its second attack

Flint's Willpower from Rising Rivals is the card you are looking for. It lets you attach 1 extra Basic Energy to one of your SP Pokemon when you play it.
