Move Set Help Needed

I'm raising these 2 pokemon to be on my team and I need some help with their moves.

Gengar Item ???

Shadow Ball
Confuse Ray
Psychic ?
Curse ?

Snorlax Item Chesto Berry

Rest
Earthquake
Hyper Beam
Body Slam/ Bulk Up ?

in my opinion, there r 2 diff snorlax

curselax

pysical attack #1
pysical attack #2
pysical attack #3 / rest
curse

drumlax... (lol)

belly drum
rest
snore
body slam

gengar however, look at his stats... see his attack? yea, sucks. ok now look at what type of an attack shadow ball is... pysical... hmmmm even with STAB it still blows. I wouldnt really recommend gengar at all personally :/

For Snorlax, I would use this:
Hyper Beam
Rest
Rollout
Sleep Talk

The Sleep Talk would come in handy and it may use Rollout as the attack!

or it could use rest or hyper beam... hm rest doesnt really help if ur already asleep :/

Here is what I run on my Snorlax)already beaten Elite four):

1) Rest (Duh its like broken with him)
2) Snore (Mad attack)
3)Thunder (Traded TM on a Poke from RS)
4) Sleep Talk ( I onjly use this attack if I am asleep and No PP left for Snore)

Drop gengar and those psyichal attacks.

Oops I assumed Shadow Ball was a special attack.The whole reason he was on my team was so he could take on Misdreavus.(I have trouble with that pokemon in GBA tourneys.)
Don't Curse and Bulk Up do the same thing(Besides Curse lowering speed)?

Snorlax?Howbout this:
Rest
Body Slam
Snore/Sleep Talk
(What you want)

See you don't want to get stuck against a Ghost and it's better not having to switch.(Casue they can't attack you with Ghost ether)Maybe E-quake?

Bulk up Increases attack and deffence and Cures increases attack and def but lowers speed, but if the Pokemon using curse is goast type instead it takes half of the users max HP and puts a cures of the defending Pokemon that does 1/5 Max HP damage every turn.
