Blaziken vs Unown G (a situation that i cannot find on this forum)

I have not been able to search out this situation already on this ruling forum.

My opponent has an active NidoKing. Also a benched Nidoqueen with Unown G attached.

During my turn I use luring flame against the nidoking, with nidoqueen as the intended for the new active.

what would happen in this case?

Nothing would happen.
No switch.
And, since there is no "new Defending Pokemon", no Burn condition either.
