New Starter for water decks?

Omanyte LV.38 - Water - HP80
Stage 1 - Evolves from Helix Fossil

[W] Collect: Draw 3 cards from your deck.
[C][C] Tickle: 20 damage. Flip a coin, if heads the Defending Pokemon is now Paralyzed.

Weakness: Grass (+20)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 1

From our next set Platinum Arceus. If you start with a Helix fossil you can attach a water energy and draw 3 at the start of the game or if something is more benifical you can discard helix fossil and bring something else active. Since Omanyte and helix fossil would already be in your deck you can tech in Omastar MD to deevolve your opponents bench.

Thoughts ?

I could see it. I like PoP9 Manaphy, too, though. One water energy, no need to run a basic AND evolution, not vulnerable to Spray. I don't draw cards - but I look at the top seven and pick something. Free Cynthia's Guidance!
