is there a limit to how many pokepowers you can use per turn?

There is no limit to the number of powers you can use, unless it's specifically stated on the card. Some powers say that you can only use one of such power per turn (i.e. Bellossom's "Heal Dance", the Castforms' "Temperamental Weather", etc.).
