Who here has caught a kangaskhan cause I caught one right now. It's very rare and hard to catch.

hard to catch? i caught pinsir, dratini, kanghaskhan, tauros, and some other one i can't remember in 5 minutes =/

I finally got a Lucky Egg off a Chansey.

I had the most success with Rock, Ball or Rock, Rock, Ball or just Ball. I recommend just Ball.

I used rock then another rock then pokeball.

Funny, giving them bait, bait, then ball, bait, ball ball made me catch it O_O Same thing works on Chansey, just you need to repeat it a bit more.
