Recovering Psychic

I am looking for a good way to recover psychic energy from the discard pile, consistently, every turn. Anyone got any suggestions?

I've wanted one of those for a long time, too, and really there isn't one. If you have a topdeck energy accelerator (Salamence AR is the only one I know of that would work for Psychic), you can use Delcatty PL. Otherwise, you're stuck attacking for it, in which case Mewtwo MD really is your best option.

Actually, delcatty itself could work just fine. I hadn't thought of that...
