POKEMON POWERS == ENERGY EVOLUTION (Eevee - Neo:Discovery)
Q. For Neo Discovery Eevee, can you attach an energy and using its power (if heads) and evolve first turn?
A. There is no current game mechanic that allows a Pokemon to evolve on the first turn of the game. (Sep 11, 2003 PUI Rules Team Meeting) |
