I think the grand majority of us can agree that this card is horrible.

80 HP+ (+20) Lightning Weakness = OHKO by Luxray

The low HP, horrible weakness, meager power, and horrendously overpriced attack add up to make this card an abomination. The only useful thing about this card is its retreat cost, but the only reason I could imagine someone bringing this thing active is if they had no other choice. With Uxie, Claydol, Porygon 2, and the upcoming Ninetails, there's no reason for this card to even exist.

i like this card, it's not that bad IMO
