Tyranitar & Psychic Connect

Tyranitar's Darkness Drive: "After your opponent's Pokemon uses a Poke-Power, you may search your discard pile for a basic Darkness energy and attach it to Tyranitar."

Psychic Connect: "As many times as you like during your turn..."

When my opponent uses Psychic Connect multiple times [to move multiple energies], isn't this considered multiple uses of the power, so each time they move an energy I can search for one?

Yes, that would be correct.
They may take a shortcut and physically move multiple energy all at once, but in game terms, they used the Power one time for each energy moved.
