So is this playable in Palkia G lvl.x decks like Palkia lock?

I don't really see what it'd contribute to be honest, since it needs at least 2 bench spots and all that, bench space better used on Azelf MT + Other pixies or a few SP's.

It contained 3 Yanmega primes. 3 weeks later, Yanmega takes USA and Canada nationals by storm. I never felt this cheated before.
