Japanese card translation question

Okay people, not sure if is the right place.

I have a Japanese Toxicroak G promo
and I loaned the English one to a friend for his upcoming Cities
and I looked everywhere on Pokemon.com, found NO legal reference to use...
Help?

You know you cant use card scans as translations, right? :P

Since there is no official translation available, I would suggest contacting your PTO and asking him what accomodation could be made in this case.
