Cresselia LvX question ?

hey there i have a question about Cresselia LvX i have never used this card so i'm not sure if i'm reading it right but it says i can move one damage counter from either players pokemon to another pokemon(yours or your oppents). i may have typed it wrong sorry about that but what i want to know is am i able to take a damage counter from one of my pokemon to put on one of theres?
