Gengar/Giratina Deck
Hello, I just got back into Pokemon tcg a few weeks ago and have no idea what decks are the best in the format. This is my first deck and would greatly appreciate tips/advice/opinions on it.
Pokémon (20): 3x Gastly 36/99 PA 1x Gastly 62/100 SF 2x Haunter 50/130 DP 1X Haunter 42/99 PA 1X Haunter 41/99 3x Gengar 18/100 SF 1x Gengar Lv X 97/99 PA 1x Giratina 10/127 Pl 1x Giratina 4/146 LA 1x Giratina Lv X DP38 2x Misdreavus 91/130 DP 2x Mismagius 10/130 DP 1x Spiritomb 32/99 PA Trainers (24): 2x Lucky Egg 1x Cynthia’s Feelings 2x Pokémon Collector 4x Fisherman 2x Professor Oak’s Visit 2x Professor Elm’s Training Method 1x Premier Ball 1x Luxury Ball 1x Arron’s Collection 1x Volkner’s Philosophy 2x Expert Belts 1x Pokémon Communication 1x Bill 1x Bebe’s Search 1x Double Full Heal 1x Department Store Girl Energies (16): 14 Psychic Energies 2 Double Colorless Energies Strategy Try to get Giratina lv x out as early as possible to deal out some initial spread and clean up with Gengar Lv X. Not much strategy I know, but thats why I have come here! Thanks in advance

Take out the Mismagius, bill and double full heal for a 2-2-2 Togekiss GE line. Helps SOOOO much wiht energy acceleration.

I think you should run 4 Ghastly, 2 Haunter, and some Rare Candies to help with Speed. Your Ghastly should all be SF, since Pitch Dark can be so annoying on the first turn. Haunter SF does a consistent 1 for 30. And Rare Candies help with getting out Gengar faster.
Your Giratina line probably should use the Let Loose Giratina, since that helps with disruption and bench damage. Don't use the LA one- the Let Loose Giratina, the Broken-Space Blow Giratina, and the 3-Attack Giratina are all better. Some draw power in the form of Claydol would be a really good idea, and Uxie LA might not hurt to put in for speed and consistency.
