Marvel Shell- Prevent all effect of attack including damage don to shedinja by your opponent that have poke-body or poke-power.

My question is: what pokemon can shutdown this power?
Digla G LvX?
Rampados?
And what other pokemon or attack can shutdown this poke-body?

Per the card, Marvel Shell is a Poke-Body.
Cards that can shut down Poke-Bodies, such as Dialga G will turn it off.
Cards with attacks that ignore effects on the Defending Pokemon, such as Rampardos, will ignore it.
We don't give advice in this forum about what cards can do those things. You can look in our Researching Tower or TCG Search, both linked in the banner at the top of the page, to search for these kinds of things.
