Out of the Blue
Okay so here's the strategy: dump as many energies on Wailord (Great Ecounters) with Feraligatr Prime and fight for as long as you can. Weavile is in there to get past any water resistance. Skunktank G is there to add extra poison damage while Wailoder heals. Warp Energy and Dawn Stadium are used to heal special conditions. Super Scoop Up is used for main heal. Warp Energies are the main out for retreating. So without further ado, here's the deck:
Pokemon: 17 2 Feraligatr Prime 2 Croconaw (Mysterious Treasures)--- to get the energy out quicker and fish for warp energy or call energy 2 Totodile (Indifferent) 2 Wailmer (Great Encounters) 2 Wailord (Great Encounters) 1 Floatzel Gl 1 Flotzel Gl lv.x 1 Sneasel (Daimond and Pearl) 1 Waevile (Secret Wonders) 1 Skunktank G (Platinum) Trainers: 25 2 Pokemon Communicator 3 Roseanne's Research (Secret Wonders) 2 Copycat 4 Super Scoop Up 2 Dawn Stadium (Majestic Dawn) 2 Broken Time Space (Platinum) 2 Expert Belt (Arceus) 3 Bebe's Search 1 Luxury Ball (Stormfront) 1 Fisherman--- to get water energies back in hand 2 Rare Candy 1 Bench Shield for Flaotzel Gl. lvl.x Energy: 18 4 Call Energy (Majestic Dawn) 2 Warp Energy 11 Water Energy

I would drop the weavile line, and add something For more support.Maybe a 1-1 wailord line to make it 3-3,Or 1-0-1 gatr prime to make it 3-2-3.Other then that i really like the deck.I have a buddy working on a deck like this and i think in could be fun.

Where's your unown to return all water energies to hand, and then you attach them again for massive heals with dawn stadium?

BlackBrock- while adding Special Darkness Energies does help with extra damage, I think that having enough Water Energies to Rain Dance with is better than having some Special Darks to do extra damage with. Also, you rarely, if ever, attack with Weavile.
Interviewer's Questions is a GREAT Supporter for this deck, and I would definitely try to find a way to fit two or maybe even three in. In my opinion, Weavile doesn't serve a great purpose in this deck, as there are hardly any Pokemon played that have Water Resistance. I think an Exploud line would be much better, since it removes Wailord's Water Weakness which LuxChomps can exploit.
