Fisherman and the Up To Clause *TY 'Pop*

Q: Can a player use Fisherman when there are not 4 Basic Energy in the discard pile?

This is a question some player's asked and wanted to see it in the Compendium but there was nothing there (even the EX:C).

Should we use the "do as much as you can" as is found on other similar style cards?

Can see it now. My other CPU needed an upgrade and now I can see it on both! TY 'Pop!

It should be in the Compendium!
Not sure why it's not. We've had some issues with the upgrade!

Yes, the "do as much as you can" rule applies.
