Drifblim UD Take Away

Assuming I have the necessary energy attached to Drifblim (Undaunted), can I declare the attack "Take Away" if the only Pokemon in play are my opponent's and my active Pokemon. If the answer is yes would it go to Sudden Death since we each have no Pokemon in play and no one would have taken all six prizes and we would have at least one card in our decks?

Also is "Take Away" prevented by something like Toxicroak G's "Anticipation" or is it an effect on the opponent?

If neither player has a Pokemon in play and have prizes left, then each player wins by one win condition and Sudden Death is played with one prize each.

It is prevented by Anticipation.
