a new deck for a beginner!

hi all! i have just decided to start out in competitive pokemon cardgames and i just bought the starter deck with raichu and gyrados..as well as some little packets and a tin that includes feraligator prime. after looking through my cards, i found a few pokemons that can be the centered of my first deck

Raichu prime
Blissey prime
Feraligator prime
metagross

however, i only have energies for lightning and water, which came with the starter decks.

a few pokemon that is rather nice (imo) to put into my deck:

sneasel
weavile
girafarig
meow
treeco
jynx

these pokemons will allow me to draw more cards and get some energies in my hand in order to supply my primes with enough energy to deal some damage.

the only downside that i can think of atm is that it will take forever to set it up...

so any way to make this deck into a good deck? i wanted to eventually make a metagross deck...but atm i think raichu/blissey seems like a pretty solid choices. so any decks out there that are based on the combo of raichu and blissey?
