HipChamp - Hippowdon RR/LvX + Machamp SF

So I came up with this idea for BRs. Please let me know what you think and how to make it better.

Pokemon: 20
1x Hippowdon LvX
1x Hippowdon RR
2x Hippopotas RR
3x Machamp SF
2x Machoke SF
4x Machop SF
2x Uxie LA
1x Azelf LA
4x Unown R LA

Trainer: 28
1x Luxury Ball
1x Palmer's Contribution
2x Pokemon Communication
2x Warp Point
2x E Belt
4x Rare Candy
3x BTS
3x Bebe's Search
4x Pokemon Collector
2x Super Scoop Up
4x Poke Drawer +

Energy: 12
10x Fighting Energy
2x DCE

Strategy:
Pretty much just Machamp with a Hippowdon line. The idea is to get Machamp out and start attacking for low energy. When my opponent sets up send out Hippowdon and shuffle all their and my energy/tools back into their deck. Then attack with either Machamp or Hippowdons low energy attack to start fighting again.
