Tangrowth Healing Deck

[Paladin]

I haven't the slightest clue what to call the deck.
Anyway I've taken the majority of the Tangled Net deck and took out the Sceptile line for a Torterra line, among other things.
I took this deck to BR yesterday and went 3-3 so I thought it did pretty well and I want to know how to make it better for another BR next saturday.

My main priority for it would be to make it be able to set up quicker.
Once I DO get set up though I can usually wreck my opponent with an Expert Belted Reaching Vine from Tangrowth SF while healing 1 damage counter in between turns with the 50% possibility for a 40 damage heal per my turn while my Landmin X is boosting max HP.

Let me know what you think, I only started playing about 2 1/2 weeks ago so please be harsh.

This is very familer to my tangrowth deck i use to have torrtera when i first maid it i noticed i wanst useing it so i tock it out. Like i have a one one metapod tech in mine also. But i would say take out torrtera its to slow and put in one one sunflora in and put in two bench shiled and put in two engineers adjustment in i know this sounds crazy but put in another shayim because its great to start with. And then you need preimere ball to get tangrowth x out of your discard pile. So take out a judge and two elms. This should make it quicker.

That sounds like a good idea, but I use torterra quite a bit. I'll take your word though!
The Sunflora idea sounds great!
And I also like the idea of bench shields so I can protect my shaymin and sunflora since they're only supporting.
And I'll start running 3-1 Shaymin.

Also what do you think about an Azelf? Since I only run one Shaymin X and Tangrowth X, I don't do so well if they're prized.
And also again, what about a level max or two? Because I want to get Shaymin X on the bench without having him have to be active and vulnerable at any point in time.

Well no doubt the one one sunflora will be good but it wont make this deck faster tangrowth is a very quick card. Torterra isnt a quick card like my tangrowth is real quick. All what i recomend to you would be hard for you to fit in your deck if you dont take torrtera out.

Sunflora seems like it would speed it up searching for a grass pokemon every turn.
Yea torterra is pretty slow, so I'll take it out.
Care to answer my questionsas well please?

Since you have a similar deck, I'd love to see what your decklist is for refrence also

yes to lvl max. you can even get tangrowth x on the bench for heal support

and any deck where you run 1 of an important pokemon use azelf. especially since this deck revolves around the x's

I'd add +1-1-1 on the Terra line, with the Torterra being the SF one.

I'm actually going to take out the Torterra line since it's really slow.
But I'll put it back if I don't like the results.

I doubt you need 3-1 shaymin, make it 2-2 or 2-1 instead.

Maybe SF Cherrims to up your damage output.

I was thinking I need something else to be attacking.
I'll check into the cherrims.
Also for the shaymin, I actually only have 2-1 that was a typo.
I could do 2-2.

at first i though i was imagioning it but that is no legal decklist!!! i count 58 cards there, 18 Pokemon and 27 T/S/S

so find 2 cards and put them in, or just edit in the cards which are already in your LEGAL deck if the list is a mistake

and thats all i do, count the cards!

1 BTS means you could end up being quite slow to set up... Oh look, 2 card slots.... I wander what could go in.........

The sunflora is really helping get a setup like this:
Active: A SF Tangrowth with 4 grass energies.
Benched: Sunflora.
Shaymin lvl X (used a lvl max)
Tangrowth lvl X with one grass energy to use big growth and grab all grass energy out of the discard pile one the active Tangrowth feints.
Metapod greenshielding.
and either an Azelf or an Uxie.

It's really doing well in friendlies since I changed the setup!

instead of the bench shields , i was thinking using Vespiquen for its pokepower which does the exact same thing but for all your pokemon. helps out more sence you can get it out quick with sunflore being down on your bench

leafeon lv. X would do well in this deck. Its attack works really well with tangrowth lv. X's big growth, and it helps heal even more with leafeon RR's pbody. It can also help you get energy on tangrowth twice as fast.
