Vileplume in GlisTomb

I have been thing if I should put Vileplume in my GlisTomb deck. It's really the God of all trainer locking so why not? Let's see the cons vs. Pros

1. It takes a while to Set up, yeah that sucks
2. Heavy Retreat Cost, I run warp energy in the deck anyway so It's Manageable
3. It will always be a target for getting pulled active (Ie... Luring Flames, Bright Lock, Ect...)
4. Takes up a precious bench spot

Okay that seems pretty bad but lets see the pros

1. Doesn't have to be active to work (Ie... Kabutops and Spiritomb)
2. Lots of Health, it is a target but it can actually take a shot unlike Spiritomb
3. Isn't the biggest hassle to set up
4. Makes keeping the lock on Sp decks a lot easier

What do you think?
I honestly could go either way, but play the old Gliscor way is hard to keep up with the spiritomb so easily avoided, especially in sp decks

But as I stated before, It does hinder my set up to less than normal speed. But makes the Burning poisons and Night Slashes more effective, Because no matter who I send up there is trainer lock, therefore letting me send up a wall like Shedinja from Supreme Victors.

What are your opinions?
Maybe I could run a 1-1-1 vileplume as a Sp counter Because I don't honestly need it outside of the sp match ups.

Let me know, It could help me choose how I take my Glislock deck to City Championships

Thanks a lot,

Sincerely,

Doomscizor

It also stops people that run Regice. But you could put 2 spiritombs for that, it just makes it easier.

Seeams like a good tech. Is your area heavily dominated by SP? If it is then run it.

Thanks a lot, I did some testing via Redshark, it increased my Sp match ups a bunch, without messing with my Consistency
