Raikou & Suicune Legend vs. Donphan Prime

Because Raikou & Suicune Legend has both water and electric as its type, how would that work for something like Donphan Prime? Donphan has a x2 weakness to water while having a -30 resistance to electricity. If Raikou & Suicune Legend attacked Donphan Prime with an attack that does 50 damage, would Donphan take 70 damage (50 x 2 - 30), or 40 damage ((50 - 30) x 2)?

Weakness first, then resistance.
So it would be 70 damage.
