Hi , when I attack with Gengar Prime´s Hurl into Darkness can I choose a Legend piece ? I think no , because the attack says a Pokemon not a Pokemon card . Am I right ?

Thank You

No.
There is absolutely no use of the term "Pokemon card" on any, well, Pokemon card.

They use "Pokemon" when referring to a Pokemon, and "Pokemon" when referring to a Pokemon card.

You have to use context.
In the hand, it's a card. Gengar gets to choose a Legend Pokemon card to send to the Lost Zone.
