Discarding cards quick

I'm looking for cards to discard 4 Marowaks pretty quick in the game for use of Cubone's pokebody. Are there any in the current format that would do this?

Also Banette from PL is good for discarding cards.

One that hasn't been mentioned yet: Volkner.

In this format, Regice and Junk Arm will be your best bets. Volkner's is a decent idea as well.

4-4 Marowak
1 Regice
2-4 Volkner's
4 Junk Arm

That should be a good start to a fast discarding deck.
