Now, I was wondering about Mew Prime's

Lost Link, it says that you can copy the attacks of Pokémon in the Lost Zone with the necessary Energy, however, it says nothing about needing certain conditions to be met. For example, If I were to Lost Zone a Mespirit LvX and use Supreme Blast, must I still have Uxie LvX and Azelf LvX in play in order for me to use the attack? And also, If say I had Lost Zoned a Uxie LvX and used Zen Blade, could I use it next turn?

You're copying the attack.
That means you copy all of the attack text (with self references changed to the new attacking Pokemon, of course).
You don't get to ignore any of that text.
